New Payroll Deduction Option
OSFM employees have the opportunity to pay their FMAL annual dues by payroll deduction of $4.62 bi-weekly beginning with pay period January 9, 2012. If you are interested in signing up, please click here for the payroll deduction form. All original copies of completed payroll deduction forms must be received by FMAL no later than January 13, 2012, in order to insure timely processing.
